Whenever my foreign friends ask me what is most efficient about Singapore, the only thing that comes to mind is Singapore's ability to collect money from me with frightening efficiency. Look around you, ERP, EZLink, ERP parking etc.
Thanks to Mr Brown, here's a prediction on how much more efficient Singapore can be in the near future.
